1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Motari and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
Motari provides an online platform for:
- vehicle management
- storing vehicle-related data
- maintenance tracking
- uploading media & documents
- reminders & logs
- and other related features
We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
"User Content" includes any media, photos, documents, notes, or other content you upload.
- You retain ownership of all User Content.
- You grant Motari a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it to provide the Services.
- You represent that your uploads do not violate laws or third-party rights.
5. Media Uploads & Storage
- Motari uses third-party cloud storage (Supabase Storage).
- Files may be stored in public or private buckets depending on settings.
- Avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- upload malware
- infringe copyrights
- attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
7. Third-Party Services
Motari integrates with services such as:
- Supabase (auth & storage)
- Sentry (error tracking)
- Chatwoot (support)
Their terms apply separately.
8. Fees & Payments
If any paid features exist, terms will be shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Motari disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Motari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Motari harmless from claims resulting from:
- your breach of these Terms
- your uploads or actions using the Services
12. Intellectual Property
Motari trademarks, logos, and platform content are protected. Do not copy or misuse them without permission.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
